This policy explains how HOD CLUB (House Of Dopamine), Koramangala, Bengaluru ("HOD", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use hodclub.in, book a guest list, ticket or table, use the HOD wallet, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or visit the venue.

What we collect

• Booking details: name, mobile number, email address, number of guests, chosen event, ticket or table.
• Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or bank details.
• Wallet and venue use: cover amounts, top-ups, orders and bills linked to your booking.
• Messages: messages you send us on WhatsApp or Instagram, so we can answer them and confirm bookings.
• Entry checks: entry is 21+ only; staff may check a valid photo ID at the door. We do not keep copies of your ID.
• Basic technical data: browser type and security signals used to keep the site safe and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your booking, wallet and bills.
• To send booking confirmations, OTPs and event updates (you can ask us to stop updates at any time).
• To run the venue safely, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax (GST) and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run HOD: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting and data storage), Razorpay (payments), Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram messaging), Cloudflare (website delivery and security) and our email provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We share information with authorities when the law requires it.

Social media accounts

HOD connects its own business accounts on Pinterest, YouTube, Google and Meta to publish HOD's own videos, photos and event posts. These connections use the platforms' official sign-in (OAuth); we never store the account passwords. The access we receive is used only to publish and manage HOD's own content on those accounts, and we do not collect, sell or share data about other users of those platforms. Access can be removed at any time from the platform's settings.

How long we keep it

Booking, billing and tax records are kept as long as Indian law requires (usually up to 8 years for accounts). Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages. Some records (for example tax invoices) must be kept by law.
